PIZZA QUESADILLA

INGREDIENTS

  • Tortilla Shell
  • Cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Pizza Sauce

HOW TO 

On a microwave safe plate, place one tortilla shell and place an even layer of cheese on top.  then, place a second tortilla shell on top OF THE CHEESE. Microwave for 2 minutes, THEN place a layer of sauce on to the top of the quesadilla, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and place pepperonis ON TOP. Microwave an additional 1-2 minutes. 

Cut pizza into triangles. I’ve found it very handy to have a pizza cuter on hand in my dorm room, they’re pretty cheap too. VIOLA! BON APPEITE!

5 INGREDIANT OMELETTE 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Eggs
  • Little Bit of Milk
  • 1 Ham Slice
  • Red Pepper
  • Small Handful of Cheese

HOW TO 

Crack the two eggs into the mug, proceed to beat them with a fork, then pour a small amount of milk in, don't forget to add the salt and pepper! 

Microwave egg for 1 minute, then add the ham and pepper. You could use various different toppings such as mushrooms or chopped onion. Once toppings are added, microwave for an additional 30-60 seconds, or until the egg is thoroughly cooked!

VIOLA! BON APPTEITE!

AVOCADO SMASH TOAST

INGREDIENTS

  • Bread (white or wheat)
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Egg 
  • Salt & Pepper

 

HOW TO 

First, toast your bread. Once it has a nice crisp cut, open the avocado and remove the seed. Remove one side of the avocado from the skin. Proceed to put the green GOODNESS on and smash it down. 

Next, crack one egg into a bowl and microwave for two minutes, you want to ensure the yolk is somewhat runny. Once that is complete, put the egg onto the toast with the avocado. Season with salt and pepper!

IF YOU WANT TO GIVE THIS RECIEPE AN EXTRA KICK, ADD A DRIZZLE OF SIRACHA SAUCE.
